1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before the order is processed or dispatched.
- Once the order has been prepared, packed, or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
2. No Return Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of sweets and food items, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged during delivery
- The wrong product is delivered
- The product is missing from the order
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

- MDF Sweets is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
- In such cases, refunds or re-delivery will not be applicable.
